To double the size of this kitchen a structural engineer was needed to design a steel beam that allowed a 20′ hole to be cut into the existing wall. Access to the crawl space below is thru the full basement.
This laminate is a wood grain veneer with square holes cut into it revealing the silver foil behind. The mahogany frame is stained to match the wenge cabinets.
This shower was shoehorned into a mechanical closet that has a common wall to the half bath, which it now serves.
A wall was moved to expand this master bath.The fixture locations remained the same. Shower depth permits the absence of a door. One view from the tub, one from the shower.
This high rise condo kitchen had usable existing cabinetry. Removing one and half of the four walls opened views to the living room and Lake Erie. New fridge and double oven demanded cabinetry enclosures. ( two views)
